Coal Industry Mine Ventilation System
In the mine fan renovation project of Shanxi Xiamen Coal Industry, CHRH inverters have achieved remarkable results in improving coal mine production efficiency and optimizing energy utilization. Currently, inverters are widely used in key links of coal mines such as hoisting equipment, ventilation systems, drainage systems and conveyor belts. By adjusting the speed and torque of motors, they realize precise control and efficient operation of equipment. With the continuous development of intelligent and automated technologies, the application of inverters in coal mine production has not only improved the operational efficiency and reliability of equipment, but also significantly reduced energy consumption and operating costs. Meanwhile, the soft start and soft stop functions of inverters effectively reduce startup shocks, extend equipment service life and enhance system stability. In addition, the remote monitoring and management functions of inverters provide strong support for safe production and equipment maintenance in coal mines through real-time data transmission and intelligent analysis.
Working Principle of the Inverter
When the fan starts, under the control of the inverter, the motor starts at a low frequency (1–2 Hz) and reaches the set frequency value within 10 seconds. After startup, the frequency of the inverter is changed by adjusting the potentiometer, thereby altering the operating state of the main fan and controlling the air volume precisely to keep the ventilation system in optimal working condition. The frequency conversion control cabinet is equipped with a fault alarm system that gives sound and light alarms and displays fault causes when a failure occurs. The frequency conversion control system is installed in parallel with the original starting system to realize manual switching between the two cabinets. In case of a fault in the frequency conversion control system, it can be promptly switched to the original starting cabinet for operation.
